The ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has issued a circular on 21st April,2011 stating that the service of documents by a company can be made through electronic mode. This circular has been issued in pursuance of Green initiative in Corporate Governance taken by MCA.

In terms of the enabling provision of the above circulars, the company is desirous of effecting electronic delivery of documents including Notice of the Annual General Meeting and Annual Reports etc to you on an email ID to be registered by you for this purpose. These documents will be sent to those shareholders who will provide their email IDs unless they exercise their options to received them in physical form.
